There is a minimum of 3 events required to participate, making this ideal for those who want to build a following and consistently host successful party bus experiences.

How It Works (3 Simple Steps)

Step 1: Choose your event date
Step 2: Register your event with Circusbus
Step 3: Share your custom ticket link and start promoting

Selling Tickets:

Once your event is registered, you'll receive a custom link to share across social media, text, and email. Guests can purchase tickets directly online, making the process simple and seamless. All ticket revenue is tracked through your event — no manual collection required.

Ticket Pricing:

Ticket prices vary based on the event type and distance, but typically range between:

👉 $25 – $50 per person

Minimum Ticket Sales

To proceed with your event and qualify for payouts, the minimum number of tickets agreed upon at time of booking must be sold at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. If this minimum is not met, you can:
• Cancel the event with full refunds issued to guests minus processing fees
• Or proceed by covering the difference

How Much Can You Earn?

This depends on you and what you set your ticket sales for!

For example, if a Bus is $800, and you sell tickets for $40 each and Sell 30 Tickets, that's $1200. That means you would get $400 in Profit!

Payout Details

All earnings are sent via email money transfer within 5 business days after your event.
